I've just gone through some work trying to install and run this.  I
ended up using JRE 1.17b as other versions wouldn't work.  Also, I
don't think that all the Promgrammer files were available from the
Promgrammer web site.  There was only one at the time I was installing
everything.  I've saved copies of all the files I ended up using.
