Then there is no DLC in the car?  If not, a Tech 1 cannot communicate
with it either.  If there is one, then it's possible the code is
removed to support it.  I'm also wondering if the DLC's just not wired
in.  You mentioned having some stock ZR1 calibrations, are they
something that you've tried to use in that ecm?

Is your car the same one that was stolen by some young kids and then
run out of gas during the ensuing chase?  That one made some of the
car mags.
