might try freezing it if you've got one
to spare an taking it off with a dremel
an a wire brush.from what I've seen of
this stuff before it is an insulator and
anything that would dissolve it would
eat the board too.besides that most of
the stuff that will dissolve it is
pretty nasty stuff (respirator highly
recommended)....once thought about
recycling gold from circuits a chemistry
prof. friend said you could use cyanic
something or other but you had to be
real careful with it(cyanide gas).most
of the circuit stuff(gallium arsenide
etc.) is pretty nasty.
