Sorry it wasn't MEK in the spray can it
was (1,1,1) trichloroethane(sp.)
MEK is not supposed to be as bad.
recommendations from a friend in order
to try:


lighter fluid
rubber cement thinner
MEK/acetone

he also recommended a hi-tack tape as an
alternative.

after that you're on your own.
