I hope I said sometimes, on the header.
For fuel on a MAP system, all I recall is a 100Kpa.
There can be other tables that stop at 80 like for EGR, and various emission
strategies.
And some tables can be VAC, or Baro., on a MAP type system.  So life can get
complex on the table "values"...
