Some of the tables have a three byte header.  A lot of one byte and a
few four byte headers too.  However, you can't search on those because
the header bytes aren't constant.  With the three byte header, the first
two bytes specify the base value for the row and column headings -
essentially giving the coordinates of the top left corner.  The third
byte specifies the number of columns.  The number of rows isn't specified.
