IAC parameters

Can anyone clarify which values pertaining to the IAC (7749 ECU) simulate
the carb "dashpot" function?  The eventual idle speed is good, just that it
takes *many* seconds to get there from a cruise condition; I would prefer
not to enter my driveway @ 15MPH and continue at that speed!

There's a 'timer decay vs. coolant temp' table of values (Promgrammer98) -
is this where I twiddle?  Anybody save me some 'burn & erase' time?
