You do have the injector ground jumper(s) installed, right?

The injector driver doesn't connect to ground internally.  Instead, the
circuit is brought out to pins D6&D7 and C13.  You need to connect those
to ground, or to the P+H current sense pins (which internally ground
through a 0.1 ohm resistor.)
