There really isn't any trick for burning EPROMs.
Once you get the EPROM out of the MEMCAL, just stick it in a burner and
follow the menus.
Using the software for the burner is different for every one.
I use the EZEP from M2L and it's really easy to use.  Just pick the chip
from the menu (or have the software auto detect it), load the BIN, and
hit program.  That's it!

You will have to either remove the chip from the MEMCAL carrier to
read/write/erase it, OR you can use special clips, OR you can build a
simple contraption like I did that you can plug the MEMCAL into which
then plugs into the burner.
If you remove the chip from the MEMCAL carrier, it might be easier to
swap in a 28F256 in its place to allow you to erase and write to it
without requiring UV.
