Hello,
I'm new to the list so this has probably been covered, although I did not 
find it in the arch.

I just put an LT1 in my 52 chevy and need to defeat the VATS.
I dont like the idea of an external pcb floating around in the car so I'm 
looking at the PCM for the reprog.

At the moment it's all I want to do to the computer(gotta make it run before 
I can make it run fast).

My question is whats the quickest easiest way to go about that?

I whipped up that two transister adapter cable, but none of the software I 
tried seemed to like my car. Am I doing something wrong?
It seems fairly straight forward but I don't get it.
