You can delete the first eight and last two characters on each line. 
The remainder is the hex representation of the binary data.  The deleted
data contains check bytes and address info.  You should be able to find
a program that does this conversion while verifying the check values.

BTW, it might be necessary to add a line containing "S9030000FC" to the
end of the file to keep some conversion programs happy.
