VATS

I have an 81 Corvette that I have installed 91 Vette TPI parts into.  
This was a small budget project so I found one part from one junk yard 
and another from somewhere else.  I have an GM ECM 1227727 which came 
from a yard back east.  Now that I am installing it I believe the Vehicle 
Anti-Theft Security (VATS) has locked me out.  The wiring harness and 
computer didn't come with a key.  I have see third party PROMS that have 
the VATS disabled, but they are usually very expensive.  I would like to 
either find the desired resistance value in the PROM or reset the PROM to 
expect zero resistance.  

Any help appreciated.
