A 108 BLM doesnt indicate lean, it indicates RICH, 108 means fuel is being 
subtracted. What are you using for injectors? Do you have the constant right?

Yo have 12psi FP?? This must then be a TBI setup, which I belive runs on 9ish 
PSI, but 12 wont make it THAT rich. A vacuum leak would yield higher than 128 
BLM's and low IAC's.

Have you tried thowing a stock chip in it just to see if it idles which would 
indicate a cal mistake and not a mechanical problem?
