89 F-body ECU file = 89 Y-body ECU file?

I have gone line by line through the first 1552 bytes on on the 6E calc (89
MAF) and the data tables are all in the same locations, some of the values
are different between the F & Y body's.  After the first 1552 bytes they are
identical.  (The code).
