Re: Bosch ecm
The vehicle in question runs a seperate ignition module, so the computer
only controls fuel. The system is the same as an L-jetronic, but without
O2 sensing.
I found another number that someone may recognise: 92 023 926
Anyone help with some info?

I did not find 0 280 000 331 in my Bosch database, but a 0 280 000 330.
This is a Jetronic/Motronic LE1
BMW 318i (E30) 1.8l 77kW M10B18 09.83-08.87
BMW 518i (E28) 1.8l 77kW M10B18 09.84-12.87
I can browse thru all 0 280 000 ??? in my list here and all i see is
L-Jetronic, LE1, LE2, LU1, LU2 etc. I would not expect to find an eprom in
one of those boxes. I discovered my earliest chips in a 0 261 200 013 of a
BMW 745i. And the 0 261 xxx xxx indicates it is a real Motronic. Hope this
helps.
