The MAP values aren't percentages - they're in KPa's.  Since 100KPa is
about 1 bar, the headings might look like percentages.

I don't know about the SyTy code, but several other ECMs have yet
another table for idle VE.  The rows/cols of this table are in finer
increments than the main VE table.  This extra table overlays the "idle
corner" of the main VE table.  This means that a few entries in the main
VE table are never used.  Perhaps that's why you aren't seeing any
changes from zeroing out the four locations.
