There are about 12 supersessions to that chip. I do not find the number you 
gave in my prom ID guide. Closest is AMUB 16120106, Prom ID 9951 , 747 ECM, 
Cal Date 10/21/87. LO3 5.0L TBI w/700R4 trans, Federal Emissions/Altitude 
requirement changes.

Can you ID the prom on a scanner so I can check for you that it is the most 
recent cal?
