Did/does Ford offer a coil per cylinder setup similar to the GM vette?

I'm looking for a small light coil with a spark plug style tower instead
of the more common female style. To convert a 4 cylinder to coil per
cylinder.

That style of coil tower seems common on Ford. Any other possibilities?
