ACSP Coolant Sensor?

Anyone know what an ACSP Coolant Temperature Sensor might be?
It seems some Holden code can be set up to use one - the
conversion table from A/D counts to scaled temperature is 
different for each. The Australian vehicles don't use this 
sensor - apparently?
