Long as the Voltage , or the pulse rate for a given G/S matches the factory
curve, the mafs will work.

I've seen the junky NAPA MAF replacement for buick GN that has an hourglass
shape that the air has to pass thru. still reads the correct pulse widths,
just will never pass over 180 G/S because of the design. Probably a glitch
in napa's cross reference for a GN MAF.. tried to slip me a NA regal MAF.
