Mike,
	The VSS output from the trans is a differential output. It is not
referenced to ground, so you need a differential input on the
SPeedometer to read it. There is a + and a minus signal from the VSS,
adn both are isolated from ground. The speedometer output on the
16188051 is scaled for 4000 pulses per mile, and it is a single ended,
that is referenced to ground signal.
