Hi Jeff, thought I'd interject. The sleeve you mentioned is only effective
when the heat is periodic. If the heat is applied for an extended
(Subjective) amount of time it will heatsoak and you'll experience the same
problem that prompted you to use the stuff in the first place. Just
something to keep in mind.
