Flash mis-wring

Someone asked about the mis-wiring of the address lines of one of the flash
ECM (TPI V8). This is what I found. Someone might want to check it. A simple
program could be written to grab it correctly. I threw the routine into
GMEPro. Never worked on it after that.

A1 swapped with A13
A2 swapped with A12
A3 swapped with A11

That's what it took to get the T and E binary to look right. Any other
combination looked wrong.
