On the other hand, I'm waiting for monkeys to fly out of my butt too.

A friend just had his Nissan truck fail because the timing was measured at
65 BTDC. Passed visual, passed tail pipe. He tried to explain that their
pickup was probably on the wrong plug wire. They said "might be" and it
would cost $90 for them to troubleshoot it.

Now that's California!
