[Admin] Plain Text Main only please

Please set your mailers to send Plain Text.
No Microsoft rich text, no HTML etc..

HTML, while it may make for pretty formatting in
_some_ mail clients, does not work in the digests;
all the formatting is left in and it is extremely
difficult to read.
