I should have paid attention to the BLM cell number that Diacom was reading out...  It was showing
4, but I thought it was a fluke!  I used WinBIN to rough out the first try, then windoze crashed
and I reverted to Promedit.  The paramter is at 527H.  I'm wondering why GM picked that cell,
because I would like to tune 0-700 rpm!  I often run at 400 rpm under moderate loads, so I want it
all set up right.
