Spark Advance discrepency somewhat figured out

OK,

I figured out some of the discrepency between TunerCat and WinBin for the 3D
spark advance tables.  WinBin was reporting 6 degrees more advance in every
cell as compared to TunerCat.  Well, I had my initial Initial Spark Advance
Value set to 6 degrees.  Bumping this value down to zero makes the spark
tables in TunerCat agree with WinBin.  Changing the Initial Spark Advance
setting in WinBin doesn't change any of the spark tables.

Any thoughts??
