 Hmm... I could cut the number of reference pulses in half by modifying
the reluctor and the fuel would be good to 12,750, which would be great.
But I'd only get every other spark event.  Hmm... but maybe I could use
the 4-cyl code for a distributor engine, which would send four spark
signals per 720 degrees, except use the signals to drive two coil packs,
each of which fires two cylinders at a time?  I'll have to try to sketch
that out.  Might not work anyway.
