Thanks Bruce.  I think I might have a problem with the chip itself also.
Well, not really a problem but that it is a 256K chip instead of a 128K
chip.  Seems there is talk of GM using 256K chips instead of 128K and
loading the program twice to fill it up or something like that.  Any input
on this thought?  I did read the prom and compare it again and everything
checked out ok. -Jeff
