Multec it's EFI with Delco ECU.
There are some types of Multec :
Multec Central (SPI,TBI) - TBI ,intermittent
Multec M - Multi Port Injection, bank
Multec S - Multi Port Injection, sequential
In example :
Opel Corsa ECU part number 16212209 , EPROM BWLD, processor number 16202476
it's a Multec
When I look on wiring diagram I see similiarity between US GM cars and
European.
And everything what is said here about GM EFI  is named in Opel/Vauxhall -
MULTEC !!.
