testing O2 sensor

using either a digital VOM set to 2 voltsDC or a scan tool - check the 
voltage coming off the sensor to grpund.  Normal is .5volts.  rich is .9volts 
lean is .1 volts or less.  It will probably swing back and forth so fast you 
cant get a good reading.
