What do you mean by bump up your constant?  How big are you actual
injectors?   And there is no way you are maxing out your injectors at
that low of rpm, the injector open time available gets larger the
lower rpm you go, the ones that max things out are taking the rpm
higher.

What kind of pW are you getting at thos rpms and what is the throttle
position?
