Speed Density ECM

I'm fairly new to the EFI world so excuse some of my basic questions. I'm
working on a TPI system and I obtained an ECM, but I'm not sure what it is.
It's labeled as a 122-7730 Speed Density ECM. My question is, what is a Speed
Density ECM.
