You could try bytes 6C 10 F1 AE 01 00 00 02 02 00 00
Passlock power on or
6C 10 F1 AE 01 00 00 02 00 00 00 power off
Also the MEC/ Passcode is in data block D2 of mode 3B write,
3C read
6C 10 F1 3C D2
You might be able to read the bus at key on for data.
I have a 98 Lumina bench top so can not verify.
