Re: bad .bins on FTP server

I guess I should have been clearer. The bad files in question are in the GM
ECM FTP directory. Under the '165 directory, all of the bins, except the
BUA1728.bin file, are missing bytes/data (they're less than 16,384 bytes in
size).
