Ha, '747 anti-flood

Figured it out, during crank, the '747 keeps firing the injectors. A bit

back I mentioned that during crank, it seemed that the ecm would decay
out the injector pulses, 'til no fuel flowed.

Well, if the fuel pump is wired to an acc terminal, ha, the pump goes
off
during the crank. Hence, a nice decay of the injectors fuel spray.

Did verify that high tps goes into clear flood mode . . .
