If the right series of memcal.
All the ones you mentioned are sans ESC Film module on them.  The memcals
you want are like what you have with the 3 chips on them, there is another
version with a larger chip over the two smaller ones.  One thing to watch
for is gm slipped some 256s in where 128s are usually.  So if that is the
case, you need to double load the 128 file into the 256 or fill half with
FFs.
If you read the memcal before you erase it, you'll see what you have eprom
wise for 128 vs 256.   I always read a memcal as a 128 + 256, just to be
absolutely sure about what I got.
