Floating/weighted free fuel pickups and intermediate tanks.  Think dry sump 
oiling with anti-drainback valves.  (They have to do the same thing with oil 
systems on acrobatic aircraft) plus pilots try to fly with positive G, even 
inverted - hard to do in steady state though.
