TCC lower temp

>From what I can tell the TCC will not lock up on my 4L60E until the tranny
temp sensor reads a certain temp. I have dug through my books and can not
find the exact temp. The one line I can find that looks to give a specific
temp is left blank and the end. There is actually a space and then the
period at the end of the sentence.  Typo ??  I think I remember the temp
being 64 degrees Celsius. Can anyone confirm this?
