The last group buy I did the cost was  about 25 to 30 cents apeice
(don't remember exactly) and the minimum buy was in the 250 ish range.
I can get a quote if there is enough interest, If I remember correctly
packing / shipping was about $2.00 (padded envelope cost and postage) 
for 25 and $3.00 (small box and postage) for 50.
