427 ecu file?

Hey folks - I need the ECU file if anyone has developed one for the 
16197427 BHRJ 

This is what howell burned for my app - and not very well.  Too much advance 
and fuel.  Thanks to Jim Sloan - he pulled the BIN file off the chip, but now 
I have no way to look at it other than hex.  Right now I'm still too cheap to 
buy the Tunercat setup, so I want to try using winbin to look at it.  Can 
anyone help.  P.S.  . . is this kind of stuff in the archive somewhere so I 
don't have to go digging?
