Grand Prix digital dash [non efi]

Sort of non-EFI, but it is '727 controlled....

Friend of mine has a '91 Grand Prix, just got theft recovered missing about
90% of interior.   Installed a new dash but the mileage doesn't match, duh.
(reads 170k, was 90k).  

Any easy way to correct this?    I assume the mileage is stored in either
eeprom or flash in the dash itself, since I know the '727 can't.
