They should have almost the same ALDL info - or at least packets of the
same length.  It is possible that the dumped locations are different -
they are specified in the EPROM.  Putting a 148 chip in a 153 should
make it talk like a 148 - however, it might not run correctly when the
chip decides to switch to SFI mode.
