RE: EPROM manufacturer and device IDs

I pull them of too...cirus seems to leave allot of pin haging off the other
side of the board... I made a memcal with removeable prom from one..
Used a zippo to heat solder andslid hacksaw blade underneath, to pry it off
evenly....
