RE: Need info/help on gm ecm conversion



Hi Mike,
      A buddy and I have been tossing around using the sy/ty computer and
make some sort of a delay for the triling spark but never got passed the
tossing around stage....as for your head gasket you might think about using
Detroit performance head gaskets unless you want the head gasket to be the
weak link cause fair warning....I have split cylinder walls from too much
cylinder pressure and have not moved the gasket....ttyl

I don't remember if the thread was on this site or the diy site..
But anhow...
Bought another rx7.. well actually 1.5 rx7 :-) comes with nother motor and
trans.. coulnt pass it up.. heck of deal.
So now I have 2.5 rx7's..

Was wonering if anybody had tried or succeded in converting the rotory to
run off of a gmecm....(gears are turning........)

Truck is dead for the rest of this year....blew head gasket.......
Gonna try for 500hp this time (450 would make me happy)......
