The constant in my life is exercise.
Working on endurance.  Can do a fairly brisk .75m walk now, non tread mill.
Dumbells by the couch for something to do during commercials,  been watching
less TV lately, hahahaha.
Just like efi installs, all about details and practice.
The Zen folks are right about a few things
