If you think this guy was CRIMINALLY incompetent--which he WAS--- try
telling me what you think of a used ice rink equipment supplier (who shall
go un-named, but is from PA, USA) who installed an 18 foot long, 30 inch
diameter pressure vessel--with only a 50 psi ASME label on it--full of
R-22--next to a rink (full of kids at any given time) with a 125 lb CAST
IRON PIPE CAP screwed onto the port that, BY CODE is supposed to be
equipped with dual , properly labelled safety valves of adequate capacity!!

(BTW--R-22 in the presence of fire, particularly if there is any cast iron
in the neighborhood = phosgene gas, the same nice stuff that was used in
the trenches in WWI !!
