Goto - www.bpsoft.com

Then download HexWorkshop, this program is THE BEST for hex type fiddlings.
The latest version (v3.11) will import S19 and Intel Hex formats, and save
as Bin.
It is Windoze based, only downside, it's a 30day trial unless registered.
