Re: Hello and help please
There's some " Look Alike " commands in J1850
Documentation relating to GM and Ford PCMs - VCMs .
Lucky that FOMOCO is going to release OBD2
goodies thru S.E.M.A. for Aftermarket Performance applications. So it has
been Printed.
GM Folks aren't so fortunate
Tho. GUIs are 2nd issue
compared to properly functioning SW , IMO. Pretty for later .

Err, that's EEC-V mostly :)
I've tried to concentrate on the EEC models that didn't have any kind of
tuning support except a custom chip. Eventually I'd like to add GM ECM's
to the software, also available for free (the free stuff can update
anything our commercial version can, but the GUI doesn't have as many
"nice" features).

Some good EECIV tuning software . OK.

Yes it is. Look at jluton.homepage.com under the GUIEECVT link. We are naturally pretty proud of this :)

Guys (and gals),
I've been working with Ford's EEC-V for the last year or so, trying to write a decent set of tuning software. Now I'm getting interested in late model GM tuning. I know absolutely nothing about what is available for later model GM cars and trucks. I've done a few web searches, but all the info I can find seems to relate to 95 or older processors. Is there any information available on 96+ GM processors? Can someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance,
David
