Speaking of plasma devices, a year or two ago I read a blurb in one of the
car mags about a spark plug like plasma device that mounted in the exhaust
and reburned the exhaust gases. It significantly reduced emissions. They
were in the process of getting CARB certification and were doing testing
with forklift mfc.
Has anyone on the list heard anything about this device ? (don't remember
the name)
